Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading or using any Covert Script product you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us.

2. Licence

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for the duration of the key you bought. You do not own the software and no source code, intellectual property or resale right transfers to you.

Licence keys are bound to your hardware ID. Sharing, reselling, leaking or publicly distributing a key terminates the licence immediately without refund.

3. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, repackage, or attempt to crack our software or our licensing system.

You may not use our products to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system other than the game clients the product is designed for.

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute our products without a written reseller agreement.

4. Third-party game terms and your risk

Our products are used with third-party games that have their own terms of service and anti-cheat systems. Using them will typically violate those terms and may result in suspension or permanent ban of your game account, and may result in hardware bans.

You accept that risk entirely and voluntarily. No detection rate, bypass, undetected status or uptime figure stated anywhere on this site is a guarantee. Game and anti-cheat updates can cause detection at any time.

Covert Script is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Valve, Electronic Arts, Activision, Krafton, Facepunch, Bohemia Interactive, NetEase, or any other game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Availability

Products are periodically taken offline for updates, especially after a game patch. Downtime is a normal part of the service and is not by itself grounds for a refund. Current per-product state is published on our status page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covert Script is not liable for any game account suspension or ban, loss of in-game items, currency or progress, hardware bans, data loss, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific licence giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence and account for breach of these terms, chargeback or payment fraud, or abuse of our staff or community, without refund.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
