COVERT SCRIPT TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms By using the covertscript.com website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). These terms apply to all services provided by covertscript.com (hereafter referred to as the “Company”, “Covert Script”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering an account and purchasing a license, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the most current version of the Terms of Service, accessible from the Site. If you do not agree with these terms, do not register or use this Service. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.
2. User Content All content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members and sent to third-party verification services. Do not submit any content you consider private or confidential. We reserve the right to remove or modify any submitted content at our discretion. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your content in connection with the Service.
3. User Account Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, share, or transfer ownership of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. If our system detects account sharing, the account will be locked or banned indefinitely. After purchasing a subscription, you must link a single authorized device. Any attempt to share accounts or unauthorized device linking will result in account termination.
4. Subscriptions Subscriptions begin upon payment confirmation and end after the purchased period. We do not freeze subscriptions. If you have an ongoing subscription, you may cancel it via our store page to avoid being billed for the next cycle. Access to the software is subject to maintenance, termination, or downtime, in which case lost time will be compensated.
5. Payments and Refunds Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided you have not linked your device to the purchased subscription key. Since our services involve electronic, intangible goods, no refunds will be provided after usage. Unauthorized payments, fraudulent transactions, or chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
6. Risk Assumption & Anti-Cheat Software Some Covert Script services may be used on video game software protected by anti-cheat technologies. While some of our products support anti-cheat bypasses, we do not guarantee undetectability. Covert Script is not responsible for any damages or bans resulting from the use of our software. Payment reversals or disputes are not allowed if a Covert Script product is detected by anti-cheat systems.
