COVERT SCRIPT USER AGREEMENT
1. Parties This Covert Script User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User Agreement’) consists of this agreement and the documents referenced within, forming an integral part of the agreement. It is an agreement between www.covertscript.com and the User who is a member of the Site, regarding the User’s access to and use of the Site. By becoming a member of our site, you acknowledge, declare, and undertake that you have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this agreement.

Subject and Scope of the Agreement This User Agreement determines the services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from these services, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The agreement includes this document and all statements, warnings, terms, and explanations published by Covert Script regarding usage, membership, and services. By accepting this agreement, the User also accepts all additional statements issued by Covert Script concerning usage, membership, and services.
4. Terms of Membership and Service Use
a) Membership is completed when a person who wishes to become a User registers on the Site by providing the required information. Without completing the membership process, no one can have the rights and authority of a User as defined in this agreement.
b) To become a member of the Site, the individual must be of legal age and must not have been suspended or banned from the platform indefinitely as per Article 5.2 of this agreement.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. USER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
a) Users agree to comply with all the terms of the User Agreement, the rules specified on the Site, and all relevant legislation while using the Site and its services.
b) Users acknowledge that Covert Script is authorized to disclose their confidential/private/commercial information to official authorities and rightful individuals when legally required.
c) Users are entirely responsible for the security, storage, and confidentiality of their login credentials. Covert Script holds no responsibility for any damages incurred due to negligence in protecting these credentials.
d) Users must ensure that any content they provide on the Site is accurate and lawful. Covert Script is not responsible for verifying the correctness or legality of user-provided content.
e) Users may not transfer their rights and obligations under this agreement to third parties without written consent from Covert Script.
f) Users may only conduct lawful transactions on the Site and bear all legal and criminal liability for their actions.
5.2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF COVERT SCRIPT
a) Covert Script reserves the right to modify services and content on the Site at any time without prior notice.
b) Covert Script is not responsible for typographical errors in product pricing on the Site.
c) Product prices are valid when the User completes a purchase, not when they first view the price.
d) Program developers and publishers are not liable for any damage, loss, or malfunction occurring during the use of the program.
e) Users using third-party programs in violation of game rules may have their accounts suspended or closed. Covert Script assumes no responsibility for losses resulting from such actions.
f) While efforts are made to keep services available, Covert Script is not responsible for downtime caused by technical issues or infrastructure problems.
g) The Site management reserves the right to delete any user account if any violation of laws or rules is detected. Purchasing a service does not grant immunity from this.
h) Users who exploit software bugs for unfair advantage may have their accounts closed. However, users who report such vulnerabilities before exploiting them may be rewarded.
i) Users who impersonate Site administrators or mislead others may have their accounts permanently closed.
j) Covert Script may update this agreement at any time. Users will be notified of changes when logging into the Site.
6. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Products and services purchased from this Site are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Users accept that all sales are final upon delivery.
Covert Script is not responsible for any errors arising from the User’s misuse of the purchased services.
In the event of a breach of the terms of use, Covert Script reserves the right to terminate a User’s access to services without any refund.
Any bonuses provided with purchases must be used within three months. Unused bonuses will be canceled automatically, and Users cannot claim compensation.
Trading items outside the game’s terms may result in account termination, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
If the purchased services are not provided within seven days, the payer may request a refund. Covert Script retains the final decision on such requests.
This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Covert Script and the User. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
